About Author

Rachel Connell is a passionate author and seasoned outdoorswoman, rooted deeply in the heart of Minnesota. Growing up on her family's cattle ranch, she discovered her love for storytelling while writing fiction in the 7th grade, culminating in the publication of her first book in 2011. 

 

With a background in Natural Resources and Wildlife Biology, Rachel actively practices eco-friendly and land stewardship principles on her ranch. Beyond her literary pursuits, she has contributed several articles to agricultural magazines and is dedicated to mentoring local budding writers. 

 

Married to an inspiring Army Veteran and a proud mother of several children, Rachel spends her free time embracing the great outdoors, sharing her passion for nature through camping trips, road adventures, swimming escapades, and hunting excursions.
